One-on-One Youth Mentoring In Virginia
Our Therapeutic Mentoring program offers one on one services for youth or adolescents. The focus of our youth mentoring in Virginia services accentuates building life skills in areas of daily living, independent living, problem solving, conflict resolution, and social/interpersonal interaction. Mentors make a difference by encouraging and enabling another person’s professional or personal development. A mentor will help focus their efforts by setting goals and giving feedback.
By focusing on personal and professional development, the program helps youth grow into more confident and capable individuals. The structure of the mentoring relationship promotes accountability, provides valuable feedback, and encourages ongoing growth. Through this collaborative approach, our Therapeutic Mentoring program makes a lasting impact on the lives of young individuals, helping them build a foundation for future success and emotional well-being

Conflict Resolution skills can be the difference between life and death in the real world. Techniques for calming oneself and de-escalating situations can be applied in both personal and professional situations.
