About The Skills
Daily Life Functioning
For persons with mental illness, daily life functioning tasks that others may take for granted can be significant psychosocial challenges. We understand the frustration that results from these challenges can have compounding effects, resulting in lower life quality. Our team is equipped and trained to assist you in overcoming any tasks that may be causing frustration.
Medication Management
Medication management is a level of outpatient treatment that involves the initial evaluation of the patient’s need for psychotropic medications, the provision of a prescription, and ongoing medical monitoring related to the patient’s use of the psychotropic medication by a qualified physician/prescriber.
Interpersonal Social Interaction
Social skills are not only in increasing demand as population grows, but are harder to develop in an online digital world. Interpersonal communication is a vital skill that can be grown and mastered with professional assistance.
Use of Community Resources
By connecting individuals with local resources for mental health care, substance abuse treatment, employment assistance, legal aid, and housing solutions, the program ensures they have access to ongoing support and opportunities that promote self-sufficiency and well-being.
